| Given that I noted on the forum that the Treffpunkt language school in Bamberg had informed me earlier this year that they had made the decision to cease their group learning courses, I thought it only fair that I advise that the school has now reinstated these courses having apparently "found a way to make it work". For my part, having found a much cheaper school in Erlangen (€1900 vs €4000 for 6 months' lessons) plus the added benefits of splitting my time between 2 cities, I have decided to study in Erlangen. With an annual commuter pass on the Bamberg-Erlangen route and a bike in tow I will have plenty of options for cycling around the countryside during my afternoons. For cultural insight and linguistic development of course. |
