| Phenolic! That's what it is. Don't know why I couldn't think of that term. But to be clear: Griess Kellerbier SOMETIMES has a bit of phenol in it, making it seem sort of smoked. And Jürgen's beer is perfectly clean, no phenol. But otherwise reminiscient of Griess. And that is a Good Thing. |
