As far I know the beers are the same. But I had Breznak schwarzbier actually only in Germany, as it is not distributed on the Czech market, so I do not remember the taste.

All bottles of "Breznak" actually come from brewery in Krusovice. Only beer to KEGs is currently brewed in Velke Brezno (Breznak). As far I know, Breznak in PET plastic bottles is from Brno (Brünn)

HBG machine is high-gravity-brewing machine. That means that they don't brew beer with 9.7° - they actually brew for example 16° (real example from czech market), which then does the fermentation and complete conditioning.
At the end, such beer is filtered, and in HBG machine it is adjusted exactly to the desired degree, by mixing with water with CO2 - sometimes there might be more CO2, sometimes less - even this coudl be used to create "two different beers".

There are even breweries who actually brew 18°, and at the end - from the same original beer, multiple beers within the one brand are created (e.g. "abcd 12°,  abcd 13° unfiltered, abcd 9°), so it is just about how much water with CO2 is added at the end, before filling to bottles.

Also be careful with ordering etc., as sometimes beer A is sold under name of beer B on the different market
