All three beers at the Wittenberger Brauhaus were muky (hefetrüb) and described as such, but all three were a notch better than the likes of Barfüßer. Hell & Dunkel, and the third being ...wait for it... ......waaaaiiiit....... a pale ale. The PA was actually quite decent. Didn't bother with the Weizen. (3,90 € a Seidla!)

Otherwise, what a dreary place for beer. Well, the Ur Krostitzer was *drinkable*, but so much less than the much-(re-)improved Köstritzer.

Lovely Irish pub though, with Newcastle, Murphy's Red (could actually choke both of these down) and the nasty G.

Not recommended for those that aren't fascinated by Martin Luther.
