I have been to Krakow, Torun and Poznan and all have plenty to keep the beer tourist entertained. Torun is well worth a visit, a beautiful town, and has a very good bottled beer shop with lots of Polish micros producing a wide variety of traditional and US led styles. There is a a brewpub (though nothing special) and an excellent pub serving a wide range of beers (mainly bottled). Poznan is interesting too, though (main square aside) less aesthetcially striking, but with a vibrant beer scene - Setka Pub is one of the best in Europe and there is another great beer shop. Krakow speaks for itself of course, one of Europe's most beautiful small cities, but also has a number of good bars.

If you like dark baltic porters, Poland is the place. Even the bigger breweries whose pale lagers are rather bland make very good examples. I thoroughly recommend a visit.
