"Czechia" sounds uncomfortably similar to Chechnya.

From Wikipedia:
The Czech term for the Czech lands (i.e. Bohemia, Moravia,Czech Silesia) is Česko.   The English equivalent "Czechia" /ˈtʃɛki.ə/, though attested as early as 1866,[1] is rarely used in the English-speaking world.[2] "The Czech Republic" (Czech: Česká republika) is the official long-form name.
