| Gernot Wildung is a beer friend of me. He lives in Nurembourg and Kaufbeuren. He has started with Hausbräu beers from franconian breweries. Since some years he brews himself with an installment of two 200-liters Braumeister Speidel. http://www.speidels-braumeister.de/en/ The "Braumeister" enterprise has started with small machines for homebrewers, but they offer now semi-professionals, bigger machines for 200 and 500 liters, very cheap in comparison with Kaspar Schulz and Braukon etc. Gernot comes often to the Café Abseits, because he buys his sausages in Bamberg. So he can offer in Kaufbeuren franconian "Wurstplatten" etc. Sometimes I get liter bottles (without gaz pressure), handfilled, gezwickelt of his beers.. Since some months he has also some Kegs (barrels). I have a KEG with 20 liters of his beer "Communebrauerei Kaufbeuren Buronesso Doppelbock" in my beer cellar, a dark Doppelbock with 31° Plato and 11% vol. alc. I will tap it maybe in January 2016. |
