| There must be maps of rail lines on the interwebs somewhere. Pity we don't have anyone with a healthy interest in trains around here. This one shows the ICE, IC/EC, and other lines, conveniently without cities shown. This one shows the ICE lines by max speed, with the Nürnberg - Leipzig stretch at 160 kph or less. Here's an old-fashioned interactive map from DB, reminiscient of 10 years ago or so. But then I see there is also Openrailwaymap.org. That's nicely nerdy. And öpnvkarte.de combines bus and rail lines, including main bus stops. (Good luck with that umlaut ö in the URL?) That can give a very good overview of where there are public transit lines. And it shows your favourite 979 Hirschaid - Stieb. |
