| It's a WG, a flat share with some students. I found it on a website and spoke to them via email and then skype before I arrived. I asked a friend to take a look for me and she said it was perfect so I said I'd take it. I went there a few days ago and it's great, nice people, great location etc. I don't think it's the same rules for student flats but I'll find out from the incumbents. At €200 a month all in (warm mieter) it's an absolute steal until I get some income when I may consider somewhere of my own. It's also a chance to meet new people and practice my German which is coming along nicely. Not everyone's cup of tea but I'm happy with it. |
