I walked there from Bamberg. You could start at Bug, Campingplatz - that is the last stop of the Bamberg public transport bus in that direction.

.On the way you walk through Pettstadt Keller (Löwenbräu), Reundorf Keller, Untergreuth and return back to Bamberg Klinikum, that is 15 km https://goo.gl/maps/m2CtwShPgKs

You could also end at Stegaurach/Debring as there is more bus connections comparing to other villages around + two breweries.
