| It was a fluke, that it was the one Frau working both rooms. That she remained positive and apologetic was out of character for the place, certainly. I went up to the bar at one point to ask if he could help out by starting our four beers for us, that she was over-stretched. Nope, he was having none of it. Honestly, while I've never found much to like about Fässla Lager, this is the first time I've had it be outright *bad*. Something was clearly wrong. And Tabor & I learnt that Hunde (plural) are verboten in the Gaststätte, only allowed out in the Schwemme. Filed for future reference. But there was a delightully love-y 8YO female Small Münsterländer (think of a larger, short-haired Springer Spaniel, I guess) there who absolutely loved Tabor. Very flirtatious, she was, and her owner said she's not fond of every dog. So that was nice for him. Both her owner and Tabor. Jason's Pils was better. |
