| It is something that I am also interested in provided it's at a time of year that I can be over there. Fred mentioned October as something usually good for him and his group and I also concur with that. Mid to late October can work for me and could work for me this year. I was kind of thinking of heading over for bock beer this year in October or November anyhow. Nothing firm at the moment but just something in the back of my mind to do. I'm sure working out the itinerary is a minor hurdle. I know I'm pretty easy going about such things. I personally would love to visit the harder to get to places of the Frankische Schweiz like Gradl in Leups, Held Brau Oberailsfeld, Schroll Nankendorf, etc. But I wouldn't complain about focusing on other regions as I think the real fun of it would be travelling around with other lovers of Franconian beer for a day to enjoy these amazing places. |
