| A small story from my own experience:. The beer Mainseidla Amber Spezial, an amber ale by Jörg Binkert in Breitengüßbach, has had sometimes a problem with gushing. The brewery has a special glas with much place at the top. The gusing effect was not so extreme that the beer is exploded. if You fill it carefuly in this glas, but the head was much bigger than that of a wheatbeer. If you have filled the glas carefree, a part of the beer was lost. Our guests have praised the big head of the beer and the bartenders ability to make such a big head.
