Ok, reasonable enough.  Have you ever kept a bottle of unfiltered Kellerbier or Lagerbier for a few weeks (months) to see what it's like at that point?

The reason I ask is wondering whether all Franken beers have been lagered long enough to fully ferment out.  Just curious!
