Decoction

I think that there is a plenty of those who use decoction, but usually only for certain beers. I know that many of them do their Lager/U/Kellerbier with infusion, but when it comes to brewing Bock, they could use even triple decoction.

Bottling has advantage that nearly all beers are filtered; however I also often recognize that quality in bottles decreases suprisingly fast, even if stored cold. Some breweries are more affected, some less.
