Knoblach in Schammelsdorf

I agree that the Knoblach is too bitter, almost unpleasantly so. Griess Keller is hoppy. Knoblach bitter. Similar to far too many low abv beers coming out of British micros the past few years. Malt underplayed, hops overstewed. There is a reason IPA should be at least 6%, this should give sufficient malt sweetness to balance the heavy hopping. Balance is the key.
