Karpfen?

Since this Friday morning seems a bit uneventful in Bamberg before the big do starts in the afternoon, I am considering persuading my Swedish comrades to join me for a trip to Stiebarlimbach. But - with Keller season approaching, can one be sure of Karpfen being served at the Gasthaus?
Maybe some exploring of Forchheim after lunch too.
