| Last weekend proved that it is possible to have a meet-up from time to time. It was great to get faces to many of the signatures I had so far only seen on the forum. As for the events, Sunday's Bierfest in Lichtenfels made my trip worthwhile, compensating for the disappointment in Bamberg on Saturday. My favourite was Brauerei Dinkel Stublanger Roggenbier - a top fermented rye beer - very cheeky for the (R)einheitsgebot festivities. - - - OT: I noted that Uerige's website advertises their Weizenalt as compliant with the 1516 Gebot:  |
