The hops are from the Biohof Friedrich near Gräfenberg.
Theiir hop areas belong to the "Anbaugebiet Hallertau" (that means the are part of the community of the Hallertau hop farmers), but the place is part of the Franconian Swiss and the administration of the Bezirk Oberfranken.
