OT: a new hotel (end of 2017) in Bamberg: Ibis Styles.

Instead of the building the Sparkasse. Lange Straße 25-27, 96047 Bamberg
 I believe that the hotel will have two entries (ZOB and lange Straße). It's a new center called "Bamberger Quartier an der Stadtmauer") and will have also other tenants..
First floor will be a REWE shop.

They have begun to demolish parts of the older buildings.
Scheduled time for the opening is before Christmas 2017
