| I basically only drink what Weiherer have at their little tiny Keller, where they serve Seidla(s) gladly. I may go up this afternoon, or I'll wait til it turns warmer mid-week. I generally go a couple of times. Never in the evening though. Such a pity about Erlanger beer. If the Weller brewpub place ever gets going, maybe they'll brew something decent there. The report from the weekend paper reported a supposedly relatively high number of cases requiring emergency medical personnel on opening day, Thursday: 70. How many were "just" severely "alcoholised" and how many were injuries from falling from benches (standing on them and dancing or singing) or climbing fences (?) isn't immediately clear to me though. And during the "after-Berch" nonesense going on downtown til nearly dawn: a young guy grabbed a mop from a cleaning worker and started swinging it around aggressively at passers-by. Pity I missed that! |
