| If I followed a report that I heard on the radio correctly, the federal government is planning to strike down the current law that holds operators of a WLAN unit responsible for abuses that others might commit by autumn. This means that cafés might be able to offer WLAN services to their patrons withOUT having to worry about the patrons downloading illegal videos and what-not. Thus, Germany might join the rest of the industrialised world in this area. (But probably not, because, WHY CHANGE ANYTHING????) |
