I am sure I read Bill Covaleski saying that Prima is inspired by Waldhaus Pils. In the 19th century Pils was described as almost medicinally bitter, and approaching the level of English pale ale, which was the bitterest beer in the world at the time. So I think Pils can be as hoppy as you like. I'm more offended by under hopped Pils with 20 IBU.
