Brauerei Übelhack Weiglathal

I have never visited the place.

They say their beer is brewed in "Lohnbrauverfahren". That means they let brew it by another brewery. They have their own recept (they say). Open fermentation: in the place of the Bierkeller.
Ratebeer says it's brewed by the Brauerei Simon, which belongs to the Kaiser Bräu, Neuhaus (a bigger industrial brewery).
