| Agreed on Barüßer, at least based on the Nürnberg one. Horrible beer, though if one likes a noisy, busy beer hall, then it's great for that. Don't plan to visit any other elsewhere. So where is the decision at now? Seems if anyone should know about overnighting in this part of Bayern, it should be you by now. Either you bite the bullet of crap beer and stay in the cheapest place you can find (incl minimising transport costs and difficulty) or you bite the bullet and invest in a luxury night in a hotel in a place further away with good beer & food. Here's ratebeer's map of beer places for the area, in case it might reveal anything. I've forgotten -- is yours a direct flight from Memmingen, or if not, where in Ireland do you land? |
