Franken to Allgau journey

I've been to the brewery in neu ulm. Can't remember much details wise. I have also visited Ehingen - it has 3 breweries and some kellers I think. Charming small town and excellent place to spend an evening or overnight. 

More of a general observation Barry as I recognize you would need extra train tickets etc
