OT: craft breweries in Ireland |

| I've had cask ale from Irish breweries at three different pubs. Palace Bar in Dublin had Dungarven Helvick Gold on cask and it was very good. Had the same beer on cask at the Salthouse in Galway. Also L. Mulligan Grocer in Stoneybatter neighborhood of Dublin had 2 or 3 beers on cask last time I was there and I had a pint of one (can't remember exactly what beer but it was an Irish brewery) and it was also good. Also if my memory serves me correctly, the Porterhouse brewery in Dublin often has one of their beers on cask. Actually the Black Sheep in Dublin had cask ale too but my memory fails and I don't remember if they were Irish beers or not. Might have to go back and find out someday soon. |
