My 2p's worth on Nikl. Went there with Juergen a few years ago on a trip around Franken Schweiz. Ok, quite nice bar, with view of brewing, food so-so (but I'm probably not the best food critic on this forum!). Helles and Dunkles also 'ok' but not to be compared very favourably with other local places. Fair play to whoever gave the venture a go.
