| No specific criticisms - and you an actual, real-life Brauer! Keesmann changed the Pils a yesters ir two ago, raising OG and reducing the hopping rate. A brewer (Barry's mate?) told me so, and that it was in response to customer demand. "Der Franke mag sein Bier süffig, nicht herb". Agreed on Mahr's U, used to barely choke it down, but it's got just a bit more malt character now to back up the strength. Have you been to Rittmayer in Aisch, where our Jason went off to Saturday?
