Ditto Ipa! If I want ipa, I go to the UK. Having said that, I'm not sure even what is good ipa in the UK now.
So, in the spirit of research, I bought a weeney bottle of Maisel and friends IPA from Edeka. 33cls, and more than double the price of a half litre of any other beer but, 6.3%, so ok, I, give it a go. It was rubbish! Stuffed full of whatever hops but, otherwise, tasteless, no malt, just hops and alcohol. Stick to what you can do well or call it a day.
