| Not so nice walk from Seigendorf to Rossdorf, no footpath or cycle way, but we made it quicker than Nick on the 'hell train' from Erlangen to Strullendorf. I really enjoyed the kellerbier at Sauer before moving on to the Braunbier, also very tasty. Intelligence reached us that Griesskeller and Gestaette were cursed urlaub but we walked over to Geisfeld, where the very light coloured helles was great! Quite a soft beer, almost like a pils but much more character - really excellent. We were joined by Becky, who kindly gave us a lift home, so now relaxing in our apartment. Tomorrow: we won't attempt the early closing in Spezial, so how about meeting in Faessla sometime after 2 pm? |
