Visit to Bamberg...late night?

Dont do much late night drinking myself, but I would have thought all the student-oriented places on Untere Sandstrasse(Stilbruch, Rotenschild, Pizzini etc) would open late. I think Stohrenkeller opens until 1am. Pelikan?
