Anyone know anyone that sends PET bottles from Czechia...? |

| I personally do not see any different in beer from PET and from glass bottle, if stored properly. For large breweries, PET is sometimes handled worse (on light, in warm place, ...). Also sometimes beer in PET actually comes from totally different brewery comparing to beer from bottle, even if having the same sticker. So sometimes that might be the reason. But that depends on brand. With small breweries there might be opposite situation: PETs might taste better, as these are usually stored cold & dark (as it is expected, that it is a beer from microbrewery), while bottles are sometimes warm, as beers from big breweries are there as well :-) with regards to bringing: I can sometimes take some beers, I have already offered to Nick. But I have returned from Bamberg last Sunday, and I think that next visit be in beginning of December or so. |
