Neuhauser Kommunbrauhaus

Thanks for the details. Googling Falkenloch-Bräu leads to this site about extinct breweries, which explains that the Falkenloch was a normal brewery from 1830 til 1999, when the owner sold the brewing rights to Mönchshof, but not the property. And so it began operation as the Kommunbrauhaus.

That webbie, in turn, leads to this one, which suggests that the Falkenloch is the "new" Kommunbrauhaus, whereas the "original" one is at the foot of the hill and is owned and lived in by an apparent Briton, and so he's called "der Engländer im Brauhaus". (No explanation of whether he's ACTUALLY British, and then even definitively *English*, mind.)
