Ot: beers for children?

All those German rules of grammar don't come into it, I'm talking English. So, we might say Manchester brewers or German brewers or - Franken (the location) brewers. It may not be perfect English but it's what we do! Who in Britain or the USA would say Frankische brewers - most people don't even know that a place called Franken exists!
