Okay. Then here is your program:
Get yourself a VGN Tagesticket plus (€ 18,70);
take the 8:36 or the 9:00 (or the 9:36) RE (RegionalExpress) to Nürnberg Hbf;
take the U1 to Langwasser Süd or the U11 to Messe, get of at Messe;
follow the crowd to the main entrance;
when you're in, keep somewhat to the left to get to hall 9,
walk through it in the direction of hall 7, the "craft beer corner" will be to your left near the end of hall 9.
Personally, I recommend the 9:00 train. If you use the middle tunnel at Nuremberg central station you will find direct stairways down to the U1/U11 platform when you enter the main hall.
