Ot Ipa's in Aldi

My local Aldi has gone mad with bottled beers from Irish micro's. I counted 11 IPA s or pale ales on the shelf last week - crazy!

There were two bottled conditioned from St Mel's, so I bought them. Tried the 4.5 pale last week and it was very decent - but why did they use cascade hops when there are plenty of British varieties available that were used in pales?

Oh well, thankful for small mercies, I'll try the IPA next week.
