| I've taken my netbook and, later, tablet on all my recent holidays. First I bought a stick from Tchibo, which worked ok but was a bit slow, latterly, I haven't bothered because the wi-fi in fewo's has been pretty decent (a bit iffy in Ebensfeld, where I had to sit in one place to get it), good enough to stream soccer matches when required. I don't have a smartphone or the like, just a common or garden little mobile/handy/whatever and that works pretty well everywhere - good enough to make all our arrangements to meet in pubs! Friends who have smarty things (i.e. Jason and Nick) seem to get on ok. What do you need when you're sitting in a pub in Franken? More beer! |
