| I meant finding all open on one day.cutting out the need for numerous visits. Also the only thing that I find truly infuriating about Franconian pubs comes into play,ie van der wirt will (or however it is spelt) I have been to forcheim on supposed open days and times,only to find hand written notes pinned to doors,to the effect"cant be arsed to open today" or its the dogs birthday, or some such.Of course have found this in much more difficult to reach places. Often followed by thoughts in my mind involving bricks and windows! And yes,before it is said,one should always phone ahead first.If you can get them to answer the phone! |
