Best Beer in Forchheim

When I was trained at Heineken in Zoeterwoude (near Leiden, the biggest of the two breweries in NL) we were first trained with solutions in water, that were then diminished in 3 steps, after that the solutions came in Heineken and were again diminished in 3 steps. That was only the basic training, during my 21 years there we were constantly trained.
When tasting, we wpould check for several dozens of tastes/aromas but also mouthfeel and so on. All from black glasses.
