Best Beer in Forchheim

Tadcastrian,that works.or perhaps Smithsonian,or smithsonite!
I am pretty sure the sams twang is caused by the wooden casks,and long may it last.So you did well to replicate it. I wish the nearest Sams pub to me was not 100 miles away.Or in that gastly stinkhole London.They are without doubt the best "real" pubs left in the UK.
The one consolation I have is that my local working mens club has excellent sams Sovereign on draft,and at a princely sum of £1-98 a pint
