I THINK Greek gyros are usually pork here. I THINK turkey's the #1 sort of meat in Döner here. At least, it seems that way. I have to hunt around for beef or veal, whereas nearly all the others are turkey, sometimes chicken. (There is one with lamb just up from Nürnberg Hbf in Königstraße, but it gave me gas when I ate it once years ago.)

Attempting to google up statistics on what sorts of meat are used reveals this listing by the big company that delivers to the stand in the parking lot of the OBI Markt 300 m from where I sit. I had no idea that there were mixed meat ones.
