BBQ coming to Bamberg

Speaking of BBQ coming to Bamberg. I, A. Yank, can vouch for the quality of the brisket from the Red Flag BBQ food truck which should be returning to Bamberg weekly in January. Check their Farcebook page for details; earlier in the year, they rotated between two days in Erlangen and a day each in FO and BA per week. (Not that I'm particularly expert in it, but I do value good brisket.)
