How much to weigh |

| You won't see a huge difference in "Mark Lite". Probably about 20 lbs lighter than last time you saw me. But that's a big deal to me. I'm a naturally big guy anyhow. My goal is to get into the 220's and not the 270's I've been the last few years. In other words linebacker size not offensive lineman. 220-230 is I think the perfect weight for me. Mostly I'm just keeping active. I walk a ton (while playing golf or hiking mostly) and hit the gym a couple of times a week on top of that. I don't know what you mean by "intensive" training but a word of caution. I've got two friends about my age that have wound up having to get back surgery and knee surgery because they went over board with the deadlifts and squats. Got to be realistic for one's age which is why I mostly walk and hike. |
