Overpriced...what the market will bear

That address looks next door to The Piccadilly, a Spoons-like pub I enjoy calling in every time in town, if not my absolute first stop off the train. (Now that Piccadilly Tap is there...hard to pass that by, keen prices.) Once had cask John Smith there, in fact. Brown, it was, that's about all I can recall.
