Very glad you enjoyed yourself, Jürgen! Sounds like a truly great time. I'm glad Frank still possesses the magical hand. Did they stop selling bottles? They did have swing-tops of the Dunkles Kellerbier and Danzbier Hell back in 2014.

Spelt. Now there's an underappreciated grain. And a bottom-fermented beer with it, to boot! Perhaps inspired by the classic Saison d'Epeautre by Brasserie de Blaugies. Either way, I am now more eager than ever to revisit ASAP!
