| There is a brewpub/micro (Modist Brewing) in Minneapolis with one of these "mash filters". I talked to a worker a year ago, said it cost $1,000,000, and I'm sure it's much smaller and less expensive than a large brewery would need. I don't see how a small operation can afford that. In my few visits to Modist, the beer has been inconsistent. |
